• The buyer cannot register the beat with performing rights organizations (PROs) as their own unless specified.
• The producer retains full ownership of the beat.
The buyer can usually:
• Record and release a song with the beat
• Distribute it on streaming platforms
• Use it for music videos, performances, or social media
• Upgrade to exclusive rights later, if still available.
